My main ideas are to consolidate and communicate. When a new employee is hired or has a change of status, one entry should be all that is required for the whole company to be made aware of the change. When a vendor has a change of address, one entry should be all it takes to get the correct address printed on the check, mailing label, vendor list, and any department that is on a "need to know" basis.
